DETROIT — Detroit Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man responsible for a fatal hit-and-run accident on the city's westside. Police said a 68-year-old man was struck by a light blue Ford Taurus on Sunday at 6:10 p.m. near West Chicago Street and Schaefer Road. He later died from his injuries. The driver did not stop and continued driving eastbound on West Chicago Street, police said. Live in Detroit?
