Auto Detailer Duties Your training and specific duties as an automotive detailer may include: Thorough interior and exterior clean and refinish of vehicles for delivery or for customers in accordance with dealership standards Using power tools, waxes, cleaning solvents, protective coatings, etc. to restore vehicles to like-new condition Minor refinishing duties as required: wet sand to remove scratches, buff dull areas, removing water spots, etc. Keeping your shop area neat and clean and organized, following all safety procedures and requirements Other detailing duties as required Detailer Requirements As an Automotive Detailer with Sunset Auto Group, you must be dependable and ethical with a high degree of attention to detail. It is also important that you have a firm commitment to customer satisfaction.
