Let Silverado and Chef Rodrigo cater your holiday! Pick up a Christmas To-Go order and eat with your family and friends! The Christmas Packages serves 6 people. Includes standing rib roast with au jus or mustard glazed ham, winter green salad, potatoes gratiné, maple glazed brussel sprouts with chestnuts, dinner rolls and our pastry chef's choice of Christmas dessert. $250 for the standing rib roast with au jus package, $195 for the mustard glazed ham package. Guests can pick up their meal at their requested time in the Ballroom at Silverado Resort. Cancellations are accepted until December 20th at 5pm.
