We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, a well-established advertising firm across US and Canada since 1984. We advertise on street furniture like benches, bus shelters and recycling bins in your neighborhood. We are looking for a handy and reliable person who enjoys working outdoors to maintain street furniture sites in the Des Moines, IA area. Pay information: Base $225.00 a month with opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests. This is a part-time (5 hours per month) long-term opportunity with training provided throughout. It is the perfect job for semi-retired individuals looking for something to keep them busy and boost their income or general laborer's who are looking for more jobs to add into their flexible schedule. Job Duties: · perform site visits and take photos of the site · sign installations · general maintenance and upkeep of the furniture Experience: Contractors, landscapers, groundskeepers, property managers, would all be suitable backgrounds.
