Need help packing up a 4 bedroom home for move

I have a week to prepare for a move and lots of stuff. Also a broken arm and wrist right now. So I need a couple people to help pack and separate stuff that will go to storage and/or new home. Flexible on hours but looking for someone that can be available at least two to three days starting now through next Wednesday. I will likely move on the Friday after Thanksgiving next week. Extra points for good communications skills, strength and your own tool box to help disassemble some furniture too. Please send name, email, height weight and any experience or skills moving.
