Most recently on a cool and rainy Saturday morning, I couldn’t go back to sleep and drove downtown around 5:30am. I parked near 3rd and Elgin, you were standing under an awning with your bike, to avoid the rain. When I exited my car, you stopped me and asked if I had the time, and we made small talk.
