Seeing who's out there who wants to perform as young Bono, and, drummer (Larry), at select Irish Pubs in some neighborhood or neighborhoods, and, the Music Box in downtown, performing very early U2, specifically the Boy/October era of only particular songs (plus New Year's Day(US Remix)), as an opening performance act of 4 to 7 songs. Guitarist and bassist already on board. This project is about very early development appreciation, not about 'the hits' through the career, not with the intent for sing-alongs or drunk appreciation, per se. It's meant as an art display. Image matters, and sound matters too of course. Heart and soul also matter. So, in similar kind, think of The Beatles of their pre-1964 era, e.g. black leather Hamburg era Beatles, Liverpool era Beatles. Same sort of vibe-art idea with this 1980-81-82 U2 tribute project. Performance image character needs to be compelling, such as with these examples. Cool image, not shlubby.
