We are a small property management company in the city with a few residential/commercial buildings in Downtown and East Liberty. We developed and own the buildings and expect the highest quality work. We are looking for a skilled handyman to do repair jobs and maintenance on a part-time basis, 1-2 days a week. (We can work with your schedule). Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting are expected. Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions is critical.
