Apartment Maintenance Supervisor wanted for Golf Creek Apartments a 282-unit community in the West Hills of Portland. This position is 40 hours per week. Qualifications: Knowledgeable in all aspects including: • Apartment maintenance • Turnover apartment maintenance • Repairs including some plumbing and electrical • Some HVAC knowledge • Turnover painting and common area painting • Good customer service skills a must • Strong communication skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Able to work with little supervision • Must have pool and spa maintenance experience • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have a High School Diploma or a GED equivalent Job Description: - Review punch list and complete items in a timely manner or as instructed - Supervising vendors and property projects - Coaching, and training maintenance staff to GBA standards - Complete all resident maintenance/repair request in a timely manner - Be available for on-call schedule - Maintain and monitor interior and exterior common areas for cleanliness, including the pool deck, clubhouse, fitness room, etc. Benefits: GBA offers a wide variety of competitive benefits including: • Vacation time • Sick time • Tuition assistance • 401K • Medical and Dental • 50% apartment discount upon completing a successful 90-day review • Holiday pay • Employee Referral program How to apply: - Please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected]
