SYNERGY IS HIRING!!! • Year-round work • Full Time • Paid every Friday with direct deposit option • Compensation is hourly and based on piece work depending on position and skill level Responsibilities • You must be 18 or older • Roofing: Tear-off and installation of roofing materials. (shingles, metal, TPO, PVC) • Should be able to operate hand-tools and have knowledge in job-site safety. Should be able to cut various materials (wood, metal etc.) with precise measurements • Should be able to lift heavy objects regularly • You must agree to follow ANY and ALL safety requirements at ALL times • You must be comfortable climbing ladders and be comfortable on high steep roofs in any weather condition. Qualifications • Roofing: 1+ years (Required) • Roofing: 3+ years (Preferred) • Must be able to take direction and then work independently • Be on time • Be a quick learner and show a sense of urgency when working • Work well with others
