Black gas powered moped Downtown

Homeless guy just stole someones black gas powered moped. Pushing it North on SW 3rd about 1030 Friday morning. Guys walking around waving knives and has a bunch more in his pockets so you probably arnt getting your moped back. I just wanted to post in the hopes whoevers it was would see this and atleast know, its not coming back. Had a red line around each tire, the thing looks nearly brand new. (he hadnt figured how to get it running yet, just cut the lock and was pushing it around but he had wiring and tools in his pockets)
