Sweet 9 year old Cane Corso in need of a new home

I am relocating for work to NYC in the new year and I have exhausted all of my options through friends and family. Meet Titan! He’s very sweet and chill, gets along with every animal (cats, chickens, and LOVES small dogs) except big male dogs. He’s neutered and micro chipped. I have had him since he was 4 months old. He’s overall pretty healthy, he does have some arthritis in his back knees and hips but it doesn’t inhibit him much at all. He’s very smart, housebroken and off leashed trained. My new living situation will not be good for him at all as it’s a small studio with no elevator in the building and he doesn’t do well with a lot of stairs. An ideal home for him would be one with some room for him as he is a big boy (92lbs) small dogs or chill cats are no problem. Best not to have him with other large dogs. He’s pretty lazy these days and just likes to lay around and get belly rubs. He loves walks and playing fetch. He absolutely adores small breed dogs and would do very well with them as living mates.
