This is a honey do job, I need a non smoker willing to help me move my pots in the winter, plant flowers in my yard, pull weeds, fix faucets, check roofs after storms, light maintenance work, some lawn mowing. Travel to my winter home twice a year for 4 days each to prepare and close, fence gate repair, ceiling fans, light fixture install, stopped up sinks, cleaning and putting in new HVAC filters, checking fire alarm batteries. Sort of whatever I need you to do that is legal and not to heavy. The pay is very negotiable depending on your needs. I can offer free housing and utilities or pay and I supply a work vehicle. This a kind of build your own package. Never more than 40 hours per week you pick the days and hours. Whatever works for you. Excellent job for anyone in recovery going to meetings or past trouble with the law who needs to make frequent visits to other kinds of meetings. Drivers license is a must however it can be a Hispanic license I insure the work vehicle. English is not a requirement. This a job working by yourself mostly no one on your back or time clock punching. 2 weeks vacation. Must be a self starter. No Lazies!
