Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit provider of housing for seniors and veterans is seeking an experienced Part Time Property Caretaker for our location in Topeka, KS. (SE 28th Street) Candidate must be able to perform minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns and complete work orders in a timely manner. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and be able to work without direct supervision. Should also possess excellent time management skills, and be able to work without direct supervision, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner is a must..
