Rod Property Rehab, LLC is a Cincinnati, Ohio based residential remodeling business in search of Construction Workers (CREW) to do various home remodeling projects, from full room additions to bathrooms remodels,framing, drywall, trim, painting interior/exterior, doors, cabinet installation, flooring,outside landscape and other construction processes Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. (problem solve) Work independently or with little supervision Knowledge of building codes and regulations Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry We supply most materials Reading and interpreting blueprints Understanding customer requirements Responding to change orders Performing other trades (light electrical, plumbing, tile and granite, etc.) Working with the team and sub contractors (dividing job tasks, working as a team) Work is year round with very minimal if any time down. Background as a Carpenters, Finish carpenter, Installer, Construction worker Proven track record of successful projects and satisfied clients. Reliable transportation, basic tools, and be able to pass a background check.
