Dynamic Fusion Inc. is a small business that has been servicing the Minnesota and Nebraska for over 30 years. We are a Millwright Contracting Company that also performs Repair and Preventive Maintenance for a variety of Industrial Companies. We are in search of a Maintenance Mechanic Welder that is up for a challenge. This person must be a self-starter that is willing to learn new skills to execute challenges that arise at customers facilities. This is a full time, 1st shift position, and wages will be negotiable based on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Repair or replace defective parts Align and test equipment, and make any necessary adjustments Ability to adapt and custom fabricate on the fly Troubleshoot and track conveyor belts to facility specifications. Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances Aid in the operation of rigging equipment and dollies to place heavy machinery and parts Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures Accountable for the quality and quantity of the finished product Creating and maintaining a working team environment Responsible for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision QUALIFICATIONS: AWS Certification preferred Good Communication Skills Ability and willingness to learn Use required measuring devices such as tape measure, square, weld gauge, etc. to accurately check and document part quality TIG welding aluminum & stainless steel is a plus BENEFITS: Immediate Paid Holidays Overtime available after 8 hours per day Health/Dental Insurance after 60 Days Wage Review after 60-days Simple IRA available after 1 Year If interested call our office at 402-488-1800
