Please Help find Scottie

Hello all, I'm trying to find out where my beloved chihuahua mix (born April 1, 2017) is. I have been unable to locate him. His name is Scottie. He was lost in the Mendota Heights/Bloomington area of Minnesota. He comes from a loving home and never went missing before. I can send you all his vet records and copies of my ID to verify my identity. I really need to report him lost and find him. He is my emotional support animal and is incredibly important to me.
