Looking for a real roofer! Someone who is comfortable on the roof, able to troubleshoot common problems, communicate with customers and the team, etc. Basically, looking for someone who knows how to make money! I'll pay 40 dollars per hour, company truck, and a signing bonus of 5k if you stick around 6 months. 1 week paid vacation and 7 paid holidays annually.
