Our steel building manufacturing company needs an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pre-Eng structural fittings and welds; and will be willing to work in-house to complete jobs for customers to be on time and on budget. Some projects might require short-term traveling, such as one or two days, but we pay travel expenses, lodging and meals. We are looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment. *Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand. * 2+ years’ experience operating as a WABO Certified structural welder. * Knowledge of construction site best practices and safety procedures.
