Hello I own a construction and property management company. I'm looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with punchlist work. Looking for someone with years of experience in the industry with the following skills:
- Installing cabinets, doors and windows.
- Installing appliances.
- Light electrical and plumbing.
- Good eye for finish and helping to close out projects.
- Framing, Drywall, Taping and painting
I have projects to start with immediately. $25 per hour+
