Are you an extremely hard worker and sick of low pay, a forced schedule and the stress of working for bosses who don't appreciate you or reward you for your hard work? Are you detail oriented? Are you someone who enjoys cleaning and is a little OCD about making your home spotless and sparkling? Are you in fantastic shape and health? Can you handle a job that is physically demanding where you work hard, work fast, get paid good money and go home? I am looking for a full-time helper who after fully trained will become a team lead and will be able to manage existing, awesome, part-time helpers. I am looking for a leader who is also 100% trainable, open to new ideas, pleasant, motivated and will clean to the quality and speed this job demands. I need someone who is able to be excellent with time management and prioritization of duties. No experience is necessary to apply but you must clean as instructed, using products and resources as I train you and you will train others to follow suit. My clients are used to a high level of quality and I need a Team Lead to help ensure that if I'm at a different job the clients always get a quality cleaning. The income potential is totally up to you. This job demands excellence but I want to pay you well for your hard work. Once fully trained and promoted to Team Lead ($30 per hour) you can take on as many extra jobs as you'd like. It is hard work though. Hours are somewhat flexible but once established you must be committed to the schedule. I need someone 100% reliable, with your own reliable transportation and someone who is trustworthy. You must be able to pass a background check.
