P.T. landscape and light building maintenance for rentals

I need a reliable laborer looking for part time work doing mostly landscape maintenance but also light building maintenance This would be 2-3 days a week, 6 hours a day I don't mind working with someone who inexperienced if you can listen to instructions and pick things up easily. Pay will reflect how much you know and skills Landscape work consists of: -Weed control including spraying weedkiller and hand pulling near bushes -Spreading bark -Checking drip irrigation -pruning bushes and assisting me when i trim trees Maintenance work consists of: -Patching/painting siding or stucco -Replacing fence planks -Assisting with tenant transitions, cleanup, going to the dump Also possibility of learning about remodels when I remodel a rental (once or twice a year) I pay by the hour ONLY and buy all material myself. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU DO "BID" WORK. I have 5 properties with 20 units. When I find someone that works well and is fair I stick with him for the long haul. So this would be reliable ONGOING part time hours to help fill out your monthly income. Beginning in 2022 I plan to live outside the country for 2-4 months out of the year and need someone I can trust to keep things maintained when I am gone. Since you will be working around my tenants I need someone who is courteous, presentable, etc. No cussing, loud music, swastika tatoos, you know what I mean.
