Looking for smart, reliable, flexible, energetic people to help us create amazing events. You will run the computers and mixer that drive the audio and video components of our live events and help with event activities. We use Macs for video, keynote/ppt and music output(iTunes and QuickTime). Events are fun motivational seminars/workshops for clients ranging from corporate teams to students to athletes to military to nonprofits. Often events include a charitable component like bike building or care packages for veterans. See our website to learn more. Professionalteambuilding.com Events can be 10 people, hundreds or on occasion thousands. You would start assisting with small events. We have local events in la but most will include travel. Sometimes we go to Costa Rica or Hawaii. More often we go to cities all over the continental United States. Sometimes it’s OC or Sf or SD and it’s warm and sunny. Sometimes it’s NY or MN in the depths of winter. Sometimes clients house us at beautiful resorts in extraordinary locations Often we stay at economy hotels. Sometimes we have extra time to enjoy the location. Sometimes we fly in and out with just enough time for an amazing event. In addition to a/v you will learn to help with the activities and logistics/setup/etc. Can be one event a month or many depending on what we book and how often you want to work. Events can be local for 1 day, west coast travel for 2 or nationwide for 3 (fly days surrounding event day). We cover your food when traveling together. Sometimes clients provide good food on site. Sometimes we eat subway. Sometimes we have a nice celebration dinner after the event. Sometimes we squeeze in a meal between event sessions. It’s a lot of fun and a lot of hard work. Some of our team work one event now and then. Others work multiple events regularly.
