handyman mechanically inclined. very well-versed in the Electrical, Plumbing, some A/C, carpentry, and much more. or lower my rent down my giving assistance and Aid into helping refurbishing the home. My disability should be kicking in pretty soon. I just need some help until then. I have my own furnishings, bed, TV, etc... I also have my own transportation.
