Service Technician Earn $18-$22 hourly working alongside a partner to perform kitchen exhaust cleaning services for establishments with commercial cooking facilities. This process includes grease removal from these systems to ensure fire safety and cleanliness for the location. Our professional service is structured around each customers’ schedule to avoid interruption of business operations and therefore requires a flexible work schedule. Normal scheduled days are Sunday evenings to Friday Mornings, occasional Friday evenings upon customer request. In addition to hourly wages there is opportunity for weekly bonuses. Due to business growth/customer demand there is opportunity for quick advancement. No formal education or training is required. Accruable PTO is also available. Retirement contribution plans, coming as of January 2022. Responsibilities: As a service technician for Maximum Exhaust Cleaning you will be a member of a service team focused on customer service, work ethic, and integrity with the following responsibilities: • Take instruction from company management and perform jobs as assigned at specific locations on specific dates and times. • Must be punctual and reliable. • Communicate with customers in a professional, respectful manner regarding any questions, problems, or concerns they may have. • Accomplish the tasks at hand and ensure job detail is being accomplished safely, professionally, and completed to company standards. • Treat co-workers fairly and in an unbiased way, being an example of integrity, professionalism, and safety. • Have a working knowledge of exhaust systems and their components. Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Be willing to work nights and early morning hours. • Be a U.S. citizen or having a Permanent Resident Card. • Speak English. • Be willing to work cooperatively and proactively with coworkers and management. • Demonstrate good verbal communication skills. • Able to lift at least 50 pounds. • Ability to climb a ladder and work at varying heights. • Have a valid driver’s license or ID. • Must be able to work in confined spaces intermittently.
