For dinner, a sweet corn chowder soup with roasted corn relish, Choice of entrees include: Chicken Pot Pie- tender chicken, carrots, onions, potatoes, peas, with a flaky homemade pie crust OR Cajun Shrimp Pasta- Grilled Shrimp in a creamy Cajun alfredo sauce OR Grilled 6oz Sirloin Steak- With mashed potato and seasonal vegetable For dessert: Chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache.
