Restoration water/fire Technician Clackamas area Compensation $25 Hourly Benefits Offered; 401K, Paid Vacation, Company van (valid dl) Employment Type Full-Time Water Technician position with experience. Company located in Clackamas, OR. The person in this position will be able to do mitigation only projects (no build back at this time), and should be comfortable with water remediation procedures. Schedule- Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Pay: $25 Responsibilities: Water pumping and extraction. Mold remediation. Moving and resetting contents. Selective demolition as required to accommodate the drying process. Debris disposal. Setting drying equipment. Carpet cleaning. Capable of moisture mapping the affected area, inclusive of temperature, relative humidity and MC moisture content readings. Will always practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite. Provide excellent customer service Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines Qualifications: 2+ years industry related experience, restoration/insurance preferred. Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices. Basic computer and or Tablet/iPad experience. Access and mobility in tight spaces Working at heights- over 5 feet periodically. Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending and kneeling. Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends "when requested". Background check & must have valid drivers license Benefits: $25 to start 401 (K) Paid Vacation Company Van (Valid DL)
