About Us:
We provide housing and services to homeless people in South Los Angeles. Currently, we house homelessness women and children only.
We are looking for LIVE-IN Facility Manager aka Live-in Transitional Housing Manager.
About the position:
Live-in Facility Manager facilitate the day to day needs of families living with the specific facility which you will be living at. Facility Manager helps meet the immediate needs of our Clients and oversee the facility functions towards a safe and compassionate living space. Facility Manager's work closely with Operations Manager and other staff in a respectful and cohesive team.
The ideal candidate will be:
- High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Previous experience working in the non-profit sector, group residential settings, and/or social work a plus but not required.
- able to provide compassionate, professional service to the woman and children.
- Able to provide housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to laundry, general cleaning/maintenance.
- Able to keep detailed shelter notes, and have excellent written and verbal communication.
- computer literate
- previous experience
This is a full-time position.
Compensation and Benefits:
- financial compensation depends on experience
- Full-Time Live-in Facility Managers to receive free housing included as a part of your compensation. This includes housing, water, gas, and electricity. No housing costs at all.

Shortly after hire you will be required to complete the following:
- Full Background check
- TB Test
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Sexual Harassment Training
