Im looking for someone to do odds and ends on project houses... PUNCHLIST work. Handyman... Touch Up Paint, Repaint areas, Touch Up Texture, Outlets, Switches and Plates.. Trim Repairs, adjust doors...etc Some jobs require hauling Your or some trash away fm jobs. This is a 1099 position, You are a Sub Contractor, NOT an employee. Materials will be provided or sometimes you will have to pick up via phone sale. You will get a list of work and sign a contract to complete it. You dont get to pick and choose the easy ones... Its good work for a good contractor, Do NOT respond if you cannot do the work or Dont have a car... Pay is generally 3 days after Completion, once the work is looked at by the Investor. Sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
