Looking for a long-term manager to grow with us at a small family owned Janitorial Company Requirements: - highly experienced in Wax and strip and Shampoo. You will be in charge of all special works to be done. - familiar with building walkthroughs; must know how to estimate manpower, square footage. - must have experience with daily cleaning jobs - Must be familiar with cleaning methods and know how to handle different machines. - although we have very lenient work hours - must be on-call for any emergencies (1-3 times a month on avg) - We ask for your flexibility but in return we are flexible with work hours. - must be flexible to take on any (reasonable) tasks - Supply deliveries - It would be easy for you to have your own crew to complete specials. - Company car will be provided - Must have NJ Driver's license, legal papers to work in U.S and may be asked to go through background checks. - Bilingual: Spanish & English preferred
