We have an opening for a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for light plumbing, electrical, access control and HVAC maintenance, after hours calls, as well as any other duties assigned by the management. We're looking for a professional who can take the initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur.
