Dress: Business Casual Masks: Masks are required for everyone indoors at all times and outdoors when within 3 feet of others. COVID-19 Protocol: The University of Delaware has developed a digital system to allow external visitors to upload their COVID-19 vaccination or negative PCR COVID-19 test results before attending a UD-sponsored event, providing a quick and easy way to help protect the health and safety of the community. The new Visitor Events Health Pass replaces the need for visitors to show paper copies or photo images of vaccination or test records when entering an event space. As of Sept. 10, external visitors ages 12 and older must provide proof of full vaccination or a negative test taken within 72 hours of a UD-sponsored event. External visitors who do not upload a COVID-19 vaccination record must upload a negative PCR COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of a UD-sponsored event. Visitors who do not use the enhanced digital system may still provide paper copies or photo images of their records at the event. Regardless of vaccination status, all external visitors at UD-sponsored events — as well as UD students, faculty and staff — must complete the UD Daily Health Check on the day of the event and display a green icon for admission. Also, masks are required for everyone indoors at all times and outdoors when within 3 feet of others. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY: The University of Delaware has photographers and videographers at this event. By attending this event, you grant the University of Delaware permission to publish or display photographic or video images of you. Images may be used in any promotional material, publications or other applications. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Changes in the status of the event due to inclement weather will be communicated via this event site as well as via email to each attendee. Should the University of Delaware close due to inclement weather, the event will not take place.
