Soothing Santa is a sensory-friendly Santa experience. Capital Mall welcomes families with a sensory-sensitive member to make an appointment for a private Santa experience. Santa appointments take place before mall hours with the lights turned down and reduced noise to create a calm environment. Appointments are 15 minutes and families are welcome to take their own photos of the experience. There will be no professional photos available during these times. There is one ticket available per appointment time. Only one ticket is needed per family.
