Councilmember Trayon White’s annual Turkey Giveaway Councilmember Trayon White’s annual Turkey Giveaway will take place on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 This year, our goal is to provide a Thanksgiving turkey for 2,500 families in Ward 8. We will have three locations this year: Union Temple Baptist Church (starting at 11am)Livingston Place Assisted Living (starting at 11am)Lydia's House (starting at 1pm)By registering (here) you are selecting to pick up a turkey at: [Union Temple Baptist Church] Please see the participating rules below: One turkey per household while supplies last.Must be a Ward 8 resident.Must show identification to pick-up turkey.Registration is valid for one location ONLY. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled.All COVID-19 protocols will be followed. Please wear a mask.We will provide turkeys to residents on a "first come, first serve" basis.
