Betta fish with tank

I'm trying to find someone who knows about betta care to give my tank to :) I've had it set up since June. It had a male plakat betta, and 2 nerite snails. Tank info: 5 gallon tank, comes with a heater, thermometer, 2 different filters, extra filter cartridges, a gravel vacuum and a bucket for the water, 3 Java ferns, one windelov, and a planted anubias. I also have betta food (pellets, and frozen brine shrimp and blood worms) and algae wafers. If you want the chemicals I do have water conditioner, water clarifier, quick start, plant fertilizer. **** If you are interested please email me the info you know about bettas :) I can also send you an in depth care guide that I made just based off of what I've been doing since I got the tank. I'm not going to sell someone this tank without KNOWING it's going to an amazing home. Asking $75 but if you can tell me how you'd care for my betta (food amount and frequency, water changes, filter changes, etc) I can go lower. I am not giving this tank to someone who isn't very familiar with fish care.
