Job Title: Facility manager APPLY HERE ONLY: Duties/Responsibilities: • Allocate workload and supervise messenger/porter staff (custodian agency, porters and foot messengers etc.) • Monitor electrical, HVAC, Air compressors, Sprinkler system, Oxygen/acetylene, Hazardous waste and disposal, garbage collection and other systems of the facility to ensure functionality and proper reporting • Ensure the facility is safe and in a good state of repair • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers • Monitor inventory and place orders when necessary, including keeping purchase order records • Receive deliveries and co-ordinate • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with according to local, state, and federal laws including RTK information and Osha 300 reporting • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Certificate of fitness for “operate air compressor” G35 • Certificate of fitness for “Torch use of flammable gasses” G60 • Certificate of fitness for “Supervision of flam/comb finishing operations” C30 • Hazwoper 8 Hour training course (annual) • Hazardous waste management 8 hour training course (annual) • DOT hazardous waste training (triennial) (Employer can assist in facilitating certificates/training) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Salary - competitive • Quarterly company bonus (based on profitability) • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.45pm and as needed.
