***SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY*** Trackside Auto and Collision has two immediate openings for a full-time Body and Mechanic Shop helper. BODY SHOP ASSISTANT – Responsible for washing cars, helping the body techs, running errands, general shop clean up – sweeping and mopping the floors, emptying the trash bins, vehicle pick-up and delivery, and other duties as assigned. AUTO MECHANIC HELPER – In this position you will be responsible for the same as above. Additional duties will include the removal and reinstallation of basic parts – tires, wheels, oil changes, etc. Assisting mechanics/body men with their tasks. Running errands. Perform other duties as assigned. **Must have own tools** QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: - Auto industry Experience (1 year preferred) - Must be organized and able to follow directions when given - Must be mechanically inclined - Able to multi-task - Good attitude and a positive work ethic - Valid Driver’s license with 2 years driving experience and a clean driving record - Must be drug-free Looking for a self-motivated individual. We need an applicant who can not only perform duties as they are assigned, but also, anticipate the needs of the shop and prepare for them accordingly. General automotive knowledge preferred.
