Description
Common area cleaning of Apartment Buildings. Includes moping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows, polishing brass, changing lightbulbs, exterior sweeping, carpet cleaning. Bringing trash to curbside for city pickup.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for a majority of the day.
Hours are generally Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm - 40 hours per week
Starting Rate $16.00-$18.00 per hour.
Snow Removal: Double pay for snow shoveling during the winter $32.00-$36.00 per hour! Hours will vary depending on storms. **Must be able to be on-call during snow season.**
