The planning of our 2021 Bulge re-enactment is proceeding at this time. We will keep registrants updated to any changes via email. At this time we are proceeding with our Bulge event. The park says as long as we observe the Indiana DNR guidelines we should be OK. Basically: “Hoosiers should follow posted restrictions and practice social distancing. Every individual within the State of Indiana shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside public buildings and in outdoor public spaces where it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing.”. We will again be planning a "rolling battle" moving thru the park as the day progresses. The Safety & Authenticity formation starts the day at 0900 . So anyone coming that day needs to be there and checked in by that time. Skirmishes are scheduled at specific times with a break for lunch (in the field preferably so come prepared). Our guests-the park visitors can come at anytime of the day, be directed to an optimal viewing location for each skirmish rather than coming for a specific set piece battle. We will have barracks space available though space could be limited this year. But we will try our best to accommodate everyone staying overnight. We are working on a plan to isolate each cot by hanging plastic sheeting in the barracks . Arrival time after noon on Friday should be fine. We will have a hot meal ready for you after the final battle and participants can pack and leave at this time or if needed can stay over and leave the next day.
