Description
The Maintenance Tech acts under the direction of the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the upkeep/maintenance needs of the community in a team setting.
Responsibilities will include the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds, which includes removing trash, apartment turnover/make ready, work orders, on call rotation etc.
Must have the general skills necessary to perform requirements of the job, as well as reliable transportation and hand tools.
Some experience required.
