NFI Forklift Operator - 1st Shift Weekends FULL-TIME $17.50/hr 845 Paragon Way, Rock Hill, SC 29730 Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a sit-down/standup, clamp, cherry and/or reach equipment. 50% of their service time in the business Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations Pulls and prepares products for shipment Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security Assists in physical inventories Ensures proper stock rotation Conducts cycle counts as requested Must have Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge Basic safety understanding in operating equipment Responsible for reporting safety concerns to management in a timely manner Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control team and assists in resolution Must be able to complete inspection form prior operating equipment Must be able to use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory OB FLOII must be be an expert on Cherry Picker IB FLOII must be an expert on Reach truck Schedule - Shift start: 5:30AM - Shift length: 12.5 hours - Days: Friday - Sunday (5:30am - 6:00pm) Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - At least 1 year forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment - Excellent customer service skills - Must have basic math skills - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs About NFI NFI is a leading international third party logistics provider with customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses.
