Jingle Bell Jog Fun Run . December 4th, 2021 @6:00pm. Parade route 1.6 miles. Adults $15, Kids 16 & Under FREE! Calling all elves, reindeers, and snowmen far and wide!! Come help us kick off the City of Odessa downtown Christmas Parade. Wear your lights and bells! Dogs on leashes are welcome! Pets must be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination is required. Buses will be available to transport participants back to Odessa College. Personal vehicles will not be allowed in the area of 4th and Sam Houston Streets. Check- in begins 5 pm, Odessa College south parking lot of Deaderick Hall.
