We have a great opportunity to join our team at Dry Cleaning Depot as a Maintenance Mechanic. The primary function of this position is to ensure that all aspects of our 11 locations are well maintained. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Install and repair fixtures and equipment. Interior and exterior building maintenance of all locations.. Perform inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Detects faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS High school diploma/GED High School Equivalent/Trade School 2 to 5 years of previous work-related experience in plumbing, miscellaneous repairs and operations. Must have a valid Florida driver's license. Electrical experience is a plus but not required. Proficiency in reading and speaking English. Strong problem-solving skills.. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to move, lift, load and reach inventory weighting up to 50 pounds.
