Healing Waters Sound Bath is an intentional space to enter into healing through sound healing & mindful meditation. Come heal together! “The basic principle of sound healing begins with the understanding that everything in the universe is in a state of vibration, from the chair you may be sitting into the pages of this newspaper. The ancients understood this and now, of course, scientists are validating this. Everything is in a state of vibration, from electrons moving around the nucleus of an atom, to planets moving around stars in distant galaxies. And if it’s in a state of vibration, it’s creating sound. Now, this vibrational essence of the universe includes, of course, the parts of the human body.” Jonathan Goldman In this experience, we will introduce healing intentions through guided meditation & sound. Through this soundscape, one is able to engage in physical balancing. Sound Healing & meditation is known to lower stress levels, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and improve sleep overall while limiting mood swings. Thus bringing healing to our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to elevated vibrations of love and joy. Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments or voices to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body. I recommend having a yoga mat, blanket, or eye cover to create a personal space where it is comfortable. We will begin seated in meditation. Then throughout the session, we will lay in a corpse pose (Shavasana) to allow the sound to wash over you and encourage optimal relaxation while we enter into Theta state. The intention for the 'Healing Waters' sound bath is to connect to the water element through the use of sound & subconcious imagery to bring lasting healing. This sound bath will be infused with Reiki energy bringing stress relief & alignment on a cellular level. The instruments used in this sound healing will include but are not limited to vocal toning, 432hz crystal sound bowls, handcrafted gong, koshi chimes, hanging chimes, and ocean drum.
