We look for organizations that have needs we can immediately address and also gives us the opportunity to meet, mentor and celebrate the strength and character of women.  Our scholarship program launched in 2018 and proceeds from our annual gala will fund educational opportunities for adult females emerging from poverty who are not traditional students entering college immediately after high school. Our goal is to support them financially and provide mentoring as they progress through thier educational journey. The leadership of Women With Promise includes a diverse group of talented and successful business women. In 2013, they formed the organization to make a difference in their North Texas neighborhoods. Research, life experience, and a common focus from the founders led to focusing on women’s issues that would have cascading and long-term effects on individuals and families for generations.
