NG Integral Solutions is a general construction company that operates in most phases of residential and commercial construction. We are seeking full time or part time prospects to join our growing motivated team. We are looking for employees who have an eye for detail. NG Integral solutions is also an equal opportunity employer. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any giving day may include the following: Reliable transportation to work. Following and understanding instructions from supervisor and implementing construction plans. Execute actions based on verbal and visual instructions. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Loading and unloading material (inspect material) The ability to carry 50 to 80 lbs is a plus Perform basic math calculations. Conducting strenuous and physically demanding tasks in extreme environmental conditions. Safety is a must!!!! Quality and efficiency. Use of basic hand tools to heavy machinery. Use of harness and ladders. Communication is key. Experience is a plus but not a must. We are able to train. Other preferences: General labor, 6 months minimum (preferred but not necessary) Nail gun, 1year minimum (preferred) Carpentry, 2 years (preferred) Power tools 6 months minimum (preferred but not necessary) NG Integral Solutions is responsible for all PPE such as: hard hat, gloves, eye protection, and hi-vis. We can provide power tools if necessary as well as heavy machinery. Unless contracted. All contractors are responsible for their own PPE, as well basic and power tools.
