Hello my Fellow Musicians! My name is Gordon! I'm going to be a ski instructor at Big Sky until May, and I'm also a musician. I'm just looking to stay musically involved during my time there. I am a drummer who sings (mostly backup), but I also play piano and a bit of guitar. However, if I'm to play with a group I'd prefer to play drums, but I can be open to a lot of different things. I'm into all different genres of music. I've played prog, jazz fusion, classic rock, and jam music. Most recently, I was sitting in with a Grateful Dead cover band. I also enjoy, classical, folk, jazz, and experimental music. Aside from drums, if anyone wants to just hang out and talk music, I'm down for that too. I've had small outfits in the past where I've just sung harmonies with acoustic guitarists. Ideally, if any bands are looking for a temporary drummer to fill in, or perhaps something even more permanent, then please feel free to reach out. I am an engineer by trade, but I have some aspirations of maybe playing music professionally. It's just hard to know where to start. I'm willing to travel to Bozeman or a similar radius for gigs and such/rehearsals. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please feel free to reach out.
