December 4th from 9am - 1pm Pathways to Hope for Children will be hosting a Family Vaccination Clinic!
In Partnership with Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Clinic, PHC will be offering families with youth between the ages of 5-17 their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. The clinic will be available from 9am - 1pm and you must register in a 20-minute time slot. Each family member who gets a vaccine will receive a $50 gift card, lunch, and a resource bag. One member must be a youth!
