Interstate Concrete & Asphalt is hiring a Shop Foreperson out of our Post Falls Shop. The Shop Foreperson will be responsible for assigning and assisting in the daily maintenance and repair on all mobile equipment. This responsibility will include daily supervision of all mechanics, preventative maintenance personnel and include maintenance of the repair facility itself. Without jeopardizing responsibility, assure conformance within the local, state, and federal environmental regulations, as well as the corporate goals.
