The General Maintenance/Boiler Technician/Plumber person will be responsible for maintaining campus property to include plumbing and boiler maintenance as well as analyzing, appraising and, where possible, repairing and/or installing building equipment. The person in this position will work with limited supervision, but should also confer with the Facilities Supervisor, the Executive Director and other facility personnel when necessary to ensure the facility is properly maintained.
